The board
Everything on the board, in one picture. Live and Demo share it.
- Coin and price. The market and Strike's price now. Tap it to pick a market or open Market details.
- Balance and mode. Your balance, with Demo or the Live network under it. Tap it to switch between Demo and Live, or to open Accounts.
- Menu. Every part of the app, Board settings included.
- The dot. Strike's price, now. The line behind it is where the price has been.
- A box. A price band for 10 seconds. A Live box shows its estimated gain at your size. A Demo box shows its multiplier.
- Time labels. NOW, +10s, +20s… Each column is a 10-second window.
- Price axis and order book. Price levels, with thin bars for orders resting on Strike.
- Footer and legend. What's happening now, and how to read the boxes.
The dot glides about one tick behind Strike's newest price, so it moves smoothly. It only ever shows prices Strike sent. If Strike's prices stop, the line breaks.
Above the board
On a phone, the board's top row is the top of the screen. There's no bar above it.
- Markets. BTC, ETH, SOL or ADA. On a phone, tap the coin and price to pick one; Market details is at the bottom of that list. On a tablet or computer, the four markets sit side by side at the top. Each market has its own board. Open boxes on the other markets keep running, and their results show at the top of the screen.
- Balance, top right. In Live, your Strike balance in dollars, with the network under it. In Demo, your demo balance. On a phone, tap it for Demo, Testnet, Mainnet (not available yet) and Accounts & funds. On a tablet or computer, tap it to open Accounts.
- Menu button. Top right on a phone, top left on a tablet. It opens the menu. On a computer, the menu is the sidebar. See Find your way around.
- Mode pill and Board settings, on a tablet or computer, in the board's own header: the mode pill names Live and its network, or Demo, and opens Accounts. The sliders button opens Board settings.
Live boxes
Each Live box shows what it would make if its target fills, after fees, at the size you picked: +$3.10, for example. The amount is rounded down to the cent.
It's an estimate. It starts from the price you'd likely get in Strike's book right now, so the spread is in it. While the boxes show amounts, the line under the board says so in short: Est. gain after fees · not guaranteed · no real funds. Its ⓘ button opens the full legend:
Estimated gain if the target fills, after fees. Not guaranteed: fills, fees and slippage decide. Your stop limits the loss.
Before your wallet is connected, the line names the network instead: Testnet · no real funds · fees apply.
Some boxes show something else:
| On the box | Means |
|---|---|
| A negative amount, like −$0.13 | The move to the target is smaller than the fees |
| No amount | Live is closed on this market, or your size is below Strike's minimum |
| Blank row | It holds the price, so there's no side to open |
A box above the price opens a long, and a box below opens a short. Place a live box →
Demo boxes
Each Demo box shows its multiplier, rounded down to 0.1×. Press, hover or focus a box to see the exact multiplier and its chance. Multipliers and chance →
Some Demo boxes aren't on offer. Hover or press one to see why.
| Reason | Means |
|---|---|
| Too likely | Its chance is too high to offer |
| Too unlikely | Its chance is too low to offer |
| Closed | Starts in under 3 seconds |
| Warming up | Not enough Strike prices yet |
| Stale | No fresh price from Strike |
Columns
Columns are 10-second windows on the clock. They start at :00, :10, :20… of every minute, so a box never slides. A phone shows about 45 seconds ahead; later columns slide in as time passes.
Rows
Each row is a fixed price band, aligned to round numbers:
| Market | One row |
|---|---|
| BTC-USD | $10 |
| ETH-USD | $0.50 |
| SOL-USD | $0.05 |
| ADA-USD | $0.0001 |
The board shows 11 rows, centred on the price. It recentres smoothly when the price moves away.
Which prices
In Live, the board shows the prices of the Strike network your orders go to. In Demo, it follows Strike mainnet's public prices. The two can differ. Testnet and mainnet →
Market details
Market details shows the Strike network, 24-hour stats, the latest trades and the order book. On a phone, tap the coin and price, then Market details. On a tablet or computer, tap the coin and price. None of it changes a box or a result.
On a computer
The menu is a sidebar on the left and the board fills the middle. The Ticket on the right holds the Live | Demo switch, the size or stake keys and your calls.
