Place a demo box

Demo is the free way to try the board. There's no money in it, and you don't need a wallet.

1. Switch to Demo

   On a phone, tap your balance at the top right and pick Demo. On a tablet, pick it at the top of the menu. On a computer, use the Live | Demo switch in the Ticket. You can also pick the Demo card in Accounts. Your balance then shows your demo balance, with Demo under it.

2. Pick a stake

   Tap the stake chip and pick 1 to 100. It stays selected until you change it.

3. Check the box

   Press and hold a box, or hover it with a mouse, to see its exact multiplier and chance. Slide off the board to cancel.

4. Tap

   Let go to call it. Nothing opens: the box becomes a card.

5. Follow it

   The card shows each state, and the line under the board says it in words.

DiagramA hit can be decided while the window is open, so a box can go straight from Live to Won. A tap that the server rejects never reaches Accepted; it shows the reason instead.

On the box	Means
Sending	On its way. Nothing staked yet.
Accepted	Stake in play, multiplier locked. The result comes later.
Live	Window open. A touch wins at once.
Awaiting settlement	Window over. The result is being decided.
Won	Paid. Shows your net, like +11.20.
Lost	No touch. Shows −10.00.
Void	Not enough price data. Stake back: 0.00.

Here, Live means the box's window is open. It has nothing to do with Live mode.

The card may shorten Awaiting settlement to Awaiting. If an answer gets lost on the way, the card says Checking while the app asks the server. A tap that fails says Not placed, and nothing is staked.

The cutoff

DiagramIt is :18 on the clock. The :20 window starts in 2 s, inside the 3 s cutoff, so it is closed. The :30, :40 and :50 windows are open; each open box shows one number, its multiplier rounded down to 0.1×. Its chance, 90 % ÷ the exact multiplier, shows when you hover, press or focus a box (the outlined box is previewed: 1.75× and 51 % chance), and on every box with Board settings. A box with no number is not offered (here: too likely). Numbers are illustrative, not live quotes. The server quotes six future columns and eleven rows; a wide screen shows all six columns, a phone about 45 seconds ahead.

Boxes close 3 seconds before their window starts, by the server's clock. A window that has started can't be entered.

If a tap isn't placed

The footer says why, and nothing is staked.

Not enough Demo balance.	Use a smaller stake, or Refill.

Never queued

If you're offline, taps are off and nothing is sent later.

Board settings

On a phone, open the menu and tap Board settings. On a tablet or computer, tap the sliders button on the board. Chance on every box puts the chance under each number in Demo. Strike order book turns the bars by the price axis on or off. Both are saved on this device, and they're also in Settings › Board.
